Join Peabody and help create opportunities that change lives. We're looking for an enthusiastic Young People's Project Officer to deliver impactful programmes across Greenwich and Bexley, working alongside young people, partners and local communities.

You'll lead projects that support young people's aspirations, build strong partnerships with schools, employers and community organisations, and ensure young people's voices shape the services we deliver. From coordinating activities and managing volunteers to measuring impact and promoting opportunities, you'll make a real difference every day.

We're looking for someone who:

* Has experience supporting children, young people or families

* Can manage projects and build strong partnerships

* Understands safeguarding and inclusive practice

* Uses data and insight to demonstrate impact

* Is organised, proactive and passionate about youth development
