Eden Brown are seeking a highly efficient Supported Housing Worker on a 2-3 month contract situated in Salford

The role as Supported Housing Worker will involve a 35 hour week working with following shifts:

1 weekend in 5 and shifts across the week. The shifts are:

Early shifts from 7.45am to 16.45pm, Flexi 10.00am to 18.00pm or late shifts from 11am to 8pm

Summary of job role:

To work as part of a team within supported housing and outreach services in Greater Manchester, providing high quality, personalised housing related support and enablement support to young adult clients in house and on outreach with a diagnosis of ADHD and ASD and outreach clients with substance misuse issues.

The post holder will use an asset-based approach to enable clients to develop independent living skills and move on successfully into more permanent accommodation suitable to their needs or to maintain their home in the community. To successfully build on skills that will support the client to access work, training or education and community-based activities.

The post holder will use techniques such as coaching and strengths-based approaches to enable clients to develop emotional resilience, overcome barriers and take control of their lives.
