Electrician

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Electrician to join a busy property maintenance team delivering electrical repairs, installations, testing and compliance works across residential properties throughout Tower Hamlets , Enfield, Harlow, Hackney, Redbridge, Dagenham Walthem forest .

Working as part of a long-term housing maintenance contract, you will play a key role in ensuring homes remain safe, compliant and well maintained. This is an excellent opportunity for an electrician who takes pride in high-quality workmanship, excellent customer service and working to the highest safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Carry out electrical installations, repairs and maintenance within domestic properties

* Conduct routine servicing, fault finding and testing of electrical systems

* Complete electrical inspections and ensure compliance with current regulations

* Replace sockets, switches, fittings and associated electrical components

* Identify and report defective or non-compliant installations

* Complete job documentation accurately using mobile technology

* Undertake site-specific risk assessments and follow all Health & Safety procedures

* Deliver a professional, customer-focused service while working in occupied homes

* Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with current industry regulations

Essential Requirements

* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification

* AM2 Qualification

* 2391 Inspection & Testing Qualification

* Full UK Driving Licence

* Strong understanding of electrical compliance and safety standards

* Experience carrying out domestic electrical repairs and maintenance

* Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills

* DBS check (to be completed as part of the onboarding process)
