Senior Support Worker – Children's Residential Care

Location: Northampton Area
Salary: Up to £37,360 per year (including sleep-ins) + performance bonuses

Shift Pattern: 1 day on, 2 days off (sleep-ins required)

We're looking for an experienced Senior Support Worker to join our family-run children's homes in Northampton. You'll lead shifts, support a small team, and help provide therapeutic care for children and young people with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities

Lead shifts and support Residential Support Workers
Build positive relationships with young people
Support daily routines, activities, and appointments
Safeguard children and maintain accurate records
Support care planning and manage challenging behaviour using therapeutic approachesRequirements

Level 3 or 4 Residential Childcare qualification (or working towards)
Minimum 2 years' experience in children's residential care
Experience supporting children with ASC, mental health, or emotional and behavioural needs
Full UK driving licenceWhat We Offer
