Growing, community-focused organisation currently seeking a People Advisor to support in a period of change and transformation within the business, on a 6-month contract basis. Excellent fit for a strong HR Advisor who has experience of supporting with change programmes; including restructure, consultation and redundancy. (Essential).

About the Role

Seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join the People team and play a key role in supporting a significant organisational change programme. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident HR professional with change management experience to work closely with managers and stakeholders during a period of transformation.

The successful candidate will provide expert HR support throughout consultation and redundancy processes, ensuring all activities are delivered in line with employment legislation, company policies, and best practice.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the delivery of organisational change and restructuring initiatives.
Coordinate and participate in employee consultation meetings.
Provide advice and guidance to managers throughout change programmes.
Assist with redundancy processes, including documentation and communications.
Draft, review and update job descriptions as part of organisational design activities.
Partner with a variety of stakeholders to ensure change activities are managed effectively and professionally.
Ensure compliance with employment law and internal people policies throughout all change-related activities.
Support the preparation of change management documentation, reports and employee communications.About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Previous experience in an HR Advisor or similar generalist HR position.
Strong experience supporting organisational change, restructures and consultation processes.
Knowledge of redundancy procedures and employment legislation relating to organisational change.
A solid generalist HR background with the ability to provide pragmatic advice across a range of people matters.
Confidence working with and influencing stakeholders at varying levels across the business.
Excellent communication, organisation and relationship-building skills.
CIPD qualification (or working towards) is desirable.Benefits
