Teaching Assistant - Full-Time, Temp to Perm

Are you an experienced and dedicated Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding role in a supportive environment? We are seeking at least two Teaching Assistants to join our specialist hub in our partner secondary school on a full-time basis.

About the Role:

Full-time, 5 days per week
Leading pre-planned sessions at KS3 level (with some lower-level sessions as needed)
Supporting students with SEND and behaviour management needs
Building strong relationships with pupils to provide effective guidance and support
Taking on training and additional responsibilities, including tracking student progressWhat We're Looking For:

Strong behaviour management skills and experience in SEND
Confidence in delivering pre-planned lessons and small group interventions
A proactive, creative, and resilient self-starter
A commitment to consistency and long-term development within the roleWe are looking for candidates who are serious about securing a permanent position and can commit to the demands of the role. As part of the recruitment process, we would like to trial suitable candidates as soon as possible-this could be for a morning or an afternoon.
