We're Looking For

Level 3 Teaching and Supporting Learning qualification (or equivalent)
Previous experience working as a Level 3 Teaching Assistant within a Primary School
A confident, proactive, and nurturing approach
Excellent communication and behaviour management skills
A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development

Essential Requirements

Enhanced DBS Certificate
Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC)
Completion of safeguarding training and compliance checks
