Accounts Assistant | Andover Fully Office Based | Full-Time | Permanent £28k to 32K with up to £5k study support🚨Are you an organised and detail-oriented finance professional looking for your next opportunity? We are recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join a friendly and growing business based in Andover.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous finance experience, or an ambitious individual looking to further develop their accounting career within a supportive environment.The RoleReporting into the finance team, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the accounts function. Responsibilities will include:✅ Purchase ledger management and supplier reconciliations ✅ Processing invoices, payments and receipts ✅ Credit control and monitoring aged debt ✅ Bank reconciliations and VAT support ✅ Processing expenses and company credit cards ✅ Resolving supplier and customer account queries ✅ Maintaining accurate financial records ✅ General finance and administrative supportAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you'll ideally have:✔ Previous experience within an Accounts Assistant, Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger or Credit Control position ✔ Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy ✔ Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel ✔ Excellent communication and organisational skills ✔ A proactive approach and willingness to support the wider teamDesirable⭐ AAT qualified or studying towards AAT ⭐ Experience gained within an SME environment ⭐ Flexible and adaptable approach to workWhat's on Offer?🔹 Permanent, full-time position 🔹 Opportunity to develop your finance career 🔹 Supportive and collaborative working environment 🔹 Varied role with exposure to multiple areas of finance 🔹 Office-based position in Andover
