The Role
As a Graduate Project Manager, you'll support the successful delivery of projects from inception through to completion while developing your technical knowledge and project management skills.

Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting with the delivery of construction and infrastructure projects from early planning through to completion.Supporting Project Managers in maintaining strong client relationships and attending project meetings.
Assisting with the management of project programmes, budgets, risks, and quality standards.
Coordinating with multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants.
Preparing project reports, monitoring progress, and maintaining key documentation.
Supporting procurement activities and contractor engagement.
Attending project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder consultations.
Learning to identify, monitor, and manage project risks and change.
Ensuring projects are delivered in line with health & safety legislation and industry regulations.About You
We're looking for an ambitious graduate who's eager to build a successful career in construction project management.
You'll ideally have:

A degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Civil Engineering, or another construction-related discipline.
A genuine passion for project management within the built environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and time management abilities.
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
Confidence when engaging with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
An interest in infrastructure and/or building projects.
An understanding of NEC or JCT contracts, or the enthusiasm to learn.
A desire to work towards professional accreditation such as APM or RICS.What's on Offer
