Location: City of London (Local to Liverpool Street Station)
Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 Per Annum
Hours: Monday to Friday | 8:00am - 5:00pm

Are you an experienced Contract Support professional looking to join a leading facilities management company that genuinely invests in its people?

We are currently recruiting for a Contract Support to join a well-established FM provider, supporting a prestigious Hard FM contract based in the City of London, just a short walk from Liverpool Street Station. The Role

Working alongside the Contract Manager and engineering team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day administration of a busy Hard FM contract. You will be responsible for maintaining CAFM systems, coordinating planned maintenance, supporting compliance, and providing administrative support to ensure high service standards are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

Managing and updating the CAFM system
Scheduling planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive works
Raising purchase orders and processing invoices
Maintaining compliance records and contract documentation
Producing reports and supporting KPI and SLA performance
Liaising with engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
Providing general administrative support to the contract management team
Assisting with helpdesk and service delivery activities
About You

The successful candidate will have:

Previous experience in a Contract Support or FM Administrator role
Experience working on Hard FM or Building Services contracts
Previous experience using CAFM systems is essential
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
The ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment
