Salary: £47,972.25 per annum

Full time: 37hrs per week

Are you a Dynamics 365 expert who thrives on solving complex challenges and driving innovation? We're looking for a Dynamics 365 & Applications Technical Lead to take ownership of our business-critical applications, lead system enhancements, and help transform how we work.

In this pivotal role, you'll:

* Lead the development, integration and optimisation of Dynamics 365 CE, Finance & Operations, and Power Platform solutions

* Design automated workflows that improve efficiency and enhance customer and colleague experiences

* Drive system reliability, security, compliance and continuous improvement across our application landscape

* Partner with stakeholders to deliver business change, create innovative solutions, and translate technical concepts into real-world impact

* Act as the go-to expert for Dynamics 365, application architecture, testing, documentation and user training

What we're looking for:

* Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform

* Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps, Agile delivery, and Microsoft technologies

* A proactive problem-solver with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

* Passion for continuous improvement, service excellence, and delivering meaningful business outcomes
