Regional Deployment Lead/RAN/Telco

Contract: Initial 3 months
Rate: £400 per day
IR35: Outside IR35

Location - North UK

We are seeking an experienced Regional Deployment Lead to oversee the end-to-end delivery of RAN sites within a designated region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage RAN site delivery from nomination through to handover into operations.
  • Work with delivery partners to design, acquire, build, and activate sites.
  • Ensure sites are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • Engage with stakeholders and internal teams to achieve programme objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies and regulatory requirements.

Essential Experience

  • Proven experience delivering RAN deployment programmes.
  • Experience managing multiple suppliers and delivery partners.
  • Strong knowledge of site deployment, including design, acquisition, and/or build.
  • Understanding of Health & Safety obligations within telecoms deployment.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to use data and insights to drive decision-making and delivery performance.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a major telecoms programme on an initial 3-month contract with a day rate of £400 outside IR35.
