SC Cleared Desktop Support Engineer

Location: Shrivenham (On-site)
Duration: Approximately 6 weeks (ASAP start)
Security Clearance: Active SC Clearance required

We are seeking an SC Cleared Desktop Support Engineer to support a large-scale laptop deployment project in Shrivenham. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and configuring approximately 600 laptops for training courses commencing in September.

• Build, configure, and prepare laptops for end-user deployment.
• Manage device provisioning using Microsoft Autopilot.
• Follow established deployment, configuration, and security processes.
• Perform quality checks and ensure devices are fully operational prior to deployment.
• Maintain accurate records of device preparation and status.

• Active SC Clearance.
• Previous experience in Desktop Support or IT Deployment roles.
• Hands-on experience preparing and deploying laptops using Microsoft Autopilot.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documented processes.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• This is a fully on-site role based in Shrivenham
