Description

• Coordination, collaboration and relationship management with full time employees (both remote and local), onsite vendors, and general contractors to meet priorities and deadlines
• Troubleshooting of autonomous robotic systems and oversight of proper installation progression
• Provide onsite software and hardware support and coordination for initial system deployment
• Coordinate setup and configuration of systems
• Create, track, and update project tickets into software ticketing systems
• Follow tickets to resolution independently and update project stakeholders accordingly
• Provide documentation and updates as directed or as assigned

Daily tasks may include:

• Oversight of assembly line operation, equipment staging, and station testing
• Station installation and configuration oversight
• Progress reports on floor builds, work cell buildouts, fleet deployments, & inventory
• Production testing oversight as assigned
• Embodiment of the Amazonian Leadership principles in every facet of the position
