Renewables administrator required for a start in a small team based in St helens.
Will be providing administrative support to a renewables team so experience working in a similar role will be beneficial.
Key responsibilities:
*
* Maintain CRM systems and project trackers with accurate, real-time updates for scheduled renewable energy installations.
* Prepare customer and client handover packs in accordance with MCS requirements.
* Respond to inbound customer enquiries, directing queries to the appropriate department where required.
* Process completed material orders and maintain accurate delivery records.
* Support the preparation of compliance documentation and certification.
* Submit pre- and post-installation DNO notifications using information provided by the technical team.
* Maintain accurate project records, schedules, and administrative documentation.
* Obtain installation photographs to support compliance requirements and liaise with compliance teams to ensure documentation is complete.
* Download, organise, and maintain relevant information from internal and external systems.
* Effectively manage and prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
* Act as the first point of contact for the renewables telephone line, providing a professional and efficient customer service experience.
What we are looking for:
* Excellent administrative and organisational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
* Proven ability to manage a varied workload, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge or experience of solar PV and renewable energy technologies is desirable but not essential.
* An understanding of MCS standards and compliance requirements would be advantageous.
* A positive, proactive approach with a willingness to learn and develop technical knowledge within the renewable energy sector.
