About the Role

As a Payroll Executive, you'll take ownership of processing for stores and head office teams. You'll also get hands-on exposure to a variety of HR duties - from onboarding and employee record management to supporting day-to-day HR queries. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to develop a broader career in HR within a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

Process payroll accurately and on schedule for all employees.
Manage payroll changes including new starters, leavers, and contract amendments.
Ensure compliance with HMRC legislation, pensions, and statutory payments.
Reconcile payroll reports and liaise with Finance for payment approvals.
Maintain employee records in the Fourth Payroll and ensure data accuracy.
Reviewing reports submitted by the bureauWhat You'll Bring

Previous experience in payroll administration
Pensions experience
A good understanding of payroll legislation and best practice.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel
Must have experience with the Fourth payroll system
Experience working with a Multi-site ModelWhat We Offer

2 days a month in our Kings Cross office
Part time role Only 20 hours a week
