We are recruiting on behalf of a leading vehicle rental company in Stockport for a Vehicle Technician position. This role offers excellent career progression opportunities within a modern, well-equipped workshop environment. The successful individual will play an integral part in maintaining and repairing a diverse fleet of vehicles, ensuring safety, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.

Conduct vehicle inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and servicing in line with manufacturer standards
Maintain accurate documentation for all work carried out
Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure high levels of service
Follow all safety procedures and policies across the workshop
Keep abreast of the latest repair techniques, especially in hybrid and electric vehicle technology
Contribute to a clean, safe, and efficient workshop environmentRequirements of a Vehicle Technician:
Level 2 qualified Vehicle Technician with a minimum of 3 years' relevant experience, or fully qualified Level 3 Technician/Mechanic
Experience working within a fleet or commercial vehicle environment is preferred
Strong diagnostic ability across mechanical and electrical systems
Excellent communication skills and team orientation
