A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Barking and Dagenham is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils across the classroom, working closely with teachers to help children engage with learning, build confidence, and achieve their full potential. You will provide support on a 1:1 basis, in small groups, and during whole-class activities, helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements
Essential:
GCSE English & Maths (Grade C/4 or above)
Experience working with children in a school, childcare, or similar setting
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A positive, patient, and enthusiastic approach
Desirable:
Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant
Knowledge of SEN and intervention support
Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
Degree in Education, Psychology, or a related subject
