Site Manager

Job Title: Finishing Site Manager
Location: Newark
Rate: £280 - £320 per day - This position falls inside IR35 and will be paid as PAYE

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to manage the internals and finishing works to a new build project in Newark

Key Responsibilities:

Managing and coordinating all finishing trades on site
Driving the programme to ensure works are completed on time and to a high standard
Managing snagging lists and quality control
Ensuring health & safety standards are met at all times
Liaising with subcontractors, consultants, and senior management
Preparing areas for inspection, handover, and practical completionRequirements:

Proven experience as a Site Manager
Valid SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, and First Aid certificates -
Strong eye for detail and ability to manage multiple trades
