SEN Teaching Assistant – Primary School

£95–£105 per day
Full-time | Term Time Only
We are looking for a confident and resilient SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional needs and challenging behaviour in a primary school setting.
This role would suit someone with a sports, coaching, mentoring, or youth work background who can build positive relationships and act as a strong role model for pupils.
Requirements:
Experience working with children or young people preferred
Calm, patient, and proactive attitude
Strong behaviour management skills
Passion for supporting SEN pupils
The Role:
1:1 and small group support
Managing challenging behaviour positively
Supporting learning and emotional development
