Are you finishing your PGCE this year and looking for secure teaching work from September? We are recruiting ECTs and Qualified Primary Teachers to join our Guaranteed Work Scheme across primary schools in Teesside.
Location: Teesside
Role: Supply Primary Teacher
Pay: £520–£650 per week guaranteed
Start Date: September 2026
Why Apply?
If you are available 5 days per week, you will be guaranteed pay for 4 days — even if work is unavailable.
This is a great opportunity to:
Gain experience across a variety of primary schools
Build confidence in EYFS, KS1 and KS2
Develop your classroom management skills

Requirements
PGCE students due to gain QTS or Qualified Teachers
ECTs encouraged to apply
Flexible and reliable approach
Good knowledge of the Primary Curriculum
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle essential
Perfect for ECTs looking to build experience, secure regular work, and start their teaching career confidently in September.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
