These roles involve working with pupils with a range of additional needs, including:
Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH)
Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD)
Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD)

Speech, Language & Communication Needs (SLCN)

Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
Create a positive, structured and nurturing classroom environment.
Support pupils with EHCPs and personalised learning plans.
Work closely with Teaching Assistants, SENCOs and multidisciplinary teams.
Monitor progress and adapt teaching strategies to maximise pupil outcomes.
Build positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.
Essential Requirements
✔ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – Essential
✔ Previous experience teaching pupils with SEN
✔ Experience supporting one or more of the following:
ASD
SEMH
ADHD
MLD
SLD
Complex Needs
✔ Strong behaviour management skills
✔ Passion for helping young people reach their full potential
