Are you an ambitious Architectural Technologist with a few years of hands-on experience, ready to step up, take ownership of packages.
Join a practice where you’ll play a key role in turning design concepts into fully coordinated technical reality. Key Responsibilities

Technical Delivery: Produce fully coordinated drawing packages, construction details, and NBS specifications using Revit and AutoCAD. Assist in integrating sustainability standards (BREEAM, Building Regs Part L) into technical designs.

Regulatory & Planning Submissions: Draft, assemble, and submit Building Regulations and Planning packages with minimal supervision.
*
On-Site & Technical Surveys: Conduct measured site surveys, attend site progress meetings, coordinate with sub-contractors, and assist with contract administration support.
*
Consultant Coordination: Work directly with structural engineers, MEP consultants, and contractors to resolve technical details and overcome design bottlenecks on-site.
*
Client Interaction: Participate in client progress meetings, helping translate project briefs into practical, buildable solutions.
What They're Looking For
Essential:
*
Education: Degree in Architectural Technology (or equivalent HND/BSc level).
*
Experience: 3–5 years of UK-based post-qualification experience in a professional practice or consultancy setting.
*
Software: Proven, daily proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD (BIM coordination experience is a strong plus).
*
Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of UK Building Regulations, standard construction detailing, and producing technical specification packages (NBS).
*
Professional Status: Associate CIAT (ACIAT) or actively working toward Chartered status (MCIAT).
Desirable:
*
Previous exposure to site visits, measured surveys, and contractor queries (RFIs).
*
A clear, confident communication style when speaking with clients and external consultants
