Quantity Surveyor
A leading, independent cost consultancy is growing its London team and is looking to hire Quantity Surveyors to support a strong pipeline of commercial developments across the region - including mission-critical data centre projects and retail schemes.
You'll join a collaborative office environment, working closely with project leads to deliver best-in-class cost management, help drive innovation in how projects are delivered, and contribute to knowledge-sharing and best practice across the team.
What you'll be doing
Preparing cost plans and estimates, supporting more complex packages under supervision
Assisting in the production of tender documentation
Measuring drawings and producing take-offs
Supporting tendering and procurement of contractors
Monitoring costs against approved budgets and highlighting risk/opportunity
Supporting post-contract cost management, including variations, recommendations, and financial reporting
What we're looking for
BSc in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent)
Strong time management and ability to prioritise deadlines without compromising quality
Flexible approach - able to adapt to different client/project requirements
Confident working with minimal supervision and taking ownership of tasks
Why consider this opportunity?
A business that invests for the long term and follows through on commitments
A clear, structured progression path (career, not just a job)
Genuine support for international mobility (permanent moves and secondments encouraged)
Inclusive culture where EDI is taken seriously and everyone is encouraged to bring their best self to work
Backed by a wider partner group, giving exposure to collaboration and innovation across a broader network
Location: Hybrid - Need to be close to London office but projects range from Luxembourg to Spain.
Sector: Commercial (Data Centres / Retail / Mixed Commercial)
