Job Title: Music Tutor / Teacher - Part Time
Location: Stoke on Trent - Centre based
Salary: up to £35,000 (pro rata)
Type: Part Time, Permanent (3 days per week / 22.5 hours)

Essential Criteria:

Must have experience within Music/Performing Arts.
Hold - or be willing to work towards - a recognised Level 5 Teaching qualification.
Must be IT Literate.
Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively
Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people
Quality driven and prepared to go the extra mile for your learnersDuties include:

Deliver classroom-based Music learning programmes to small groups of learners.
Embedding of Maths and English into sessions.
Ensure sessions are motivating, engaging and develop learners' skills knowledge and behaviours
Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
Monitor student attendance and progress through regular student assessment and reviews.
Provide advice and guidance to learners relating to decision making and progression.Please note:
