Location: Swindon / M4 Corridor region
Salary: Up to £65,000 (DOE)

The Opportunity
We are currently working with a well-established Building Control organisation looking to appoint a Registered Building Inspector (2A+) to support projects across Swindon, the M4 corridor and the surrounding regions (Wiltshire / Berkshire / Hampshire - patch adapted to suite you).
This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer-focused inspector with a strong mix of plan checking and site inspection experience across both residential and commercial schemes. You’ll be joining a supportive and forward-thinking team with flexibility and career progression at its core.
Key Responsibilities
* Undertake plan checking and site inspections across a regional portfolio
* Manage a varied caseload of projects at different stages of development
* Ensure compliance with current Building Regulations and associated legislation
* Deliver a high level of customer service to clients and stakeholders
* Maintain accurate records in line with RBI requirements
About You
* Registered with the BSR at Class 2A or above
* Strong knowledge of Building Regulations, technical standards and RBI Code of Conduct
* Experience in building control (local authority or private sector)
* Proven ability to manage your own caseload effectively
* Full UK driving licence
