We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Property Administrator to join our clients busy Property team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within the property, housing, or real estate sector while supporting the management of a large leasehold portfolio.
Working closely with the Property Team Manager and wider team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth administration of property sales, post-sale activities, customer enquiries, and legal processes. If you are detail-oriented, enjoy working with a variety of stakeholders, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
As Property Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Property team, including document preparation and maintaining accurate records
Assisting customers through the home purchase application process
Managing post-sale enquiries, consents, approvals, and related administration
Maintaining and updating supplier and contractor databases
Coordinating the signing and sealing of legal documentation
Responding to land, property, and boundary enquiries
Liaising with solicitors by phone and email regarding property sales, transfers, and associated legal matters
Providing updates and information to homeowners and customers
Supporting administrative processes relating to lettings and tenancy matters
Ensuring all records and documentation are maintained accurately and in line with company proceduresWhat We're Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Confidence communicating with external stakeholders, including solicitors and customers
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and database systems
A professional, customer-focused approachDesirable Skills & Experience
Previous experience within a property, housing, legal, or real estate environment
Knowledge of leasehold properties and post-sale processes
Experience working with document management systems and databases
Familiarity with property transactions, transfers, or conveyancing processesWhat You'll Gain
