The Opportunity
A growing, commercially driven business is looking for a qualified Finance Business Partner to provide insightful financial support across operational and commercial teams. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys partnering with stakeholders, influencing decision-making, and driving business performance through meaningful analysis and recommendations.
Working closely with Operations, Marketing and wider business functions, you will play a pivotal role in supporting profitability, investment decisions and strategic initiatives.

Partner with operational and commercial stakeholders to provide timely financial insight and actionable recommendations.
Lead and support profit assessments for business improvements and conversion projects.
Develop, manage and review budgets, forecasts and financial plans.
Deliver financial analysis to support acquisitions, investments and strategic initiatives.
Monitor and challenge performance across operational sites, identifying risks and opportunities.
Produce and enhance performance dashboards and management reporting.
Conduct ad hoc analysis to support commercial decision-making and operational improvements.
Support project and trial evaluations, including financial modelling and performance tracking.
Drive cost control and sales growth initiatives through insightful analysis.
Contribute to executive and board-level reporting.
Act as a key finance contact for operational teams, building strong working relationships across the business.
Support continuous improvement of reporting, controls and finance processes.
Mentor and support junior members of the finance team where appropriate.Key Reporting Activities

Essential Skills & Experience
Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA or equivalent)
Strong commercial acumen and analytical capability
Proven business partnering experience
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Advanced Excel skills with strong financial modelling experience
Experience working with large and complex data sets
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
A proactive, solutions-focused approach
Experience with reporting tools and finance systems
