You will become a key employee and deliver exceptional customer service at all times. You will provide accurate and professional support across a range of enquiries, ensuring customers receive the highest standard of service while working collaboratively with colleagues across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver excellent customer service via telephone and email.
Respond promptly and professionally to enquiries from relevant colleagues and prospective customers.
Process orders accurately and efficiently.
Investigate customer queries, resolve issues wherever possible and communicate outcomes clearly and professionally.
Make proactive outbound calls to customers regarding account information, products and services.
Support the Finance team by processing payments securely over the telephone or online where required.
Respond to customer enquiries relating to payments and account information.
Liaise with internal departments to ensure customer issues, concerns or potential service impacts are communicated promptly.
Welcome and assist visitors, maintaining a professional and courteous reception service.
Contact customers regarding items that require further information or replacement.
Register and maintain accurate customer records within internal systems.
Perform accurate data entry and maintain customer information in line with company procedures and GDPR requirements.
Provide administrative support to the Customer Services, Customer Experience and Accounts teams as required.
Undertake additional duties appropriate to the role to support the wider business.What We Are Looking For
Previous experience in a customer service or customer support role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A professional and confident telephone manner.
Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
Good data entry and computer skills, including experience using Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines in a busy environment.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
GCSE (or equivalent) qualifications in English and Mathematics.Desirable
Experience working within a healthcare.
Experience handling customer payments or supporting finance-related processes.
Knowledge of CRM or customer database systems.
