Clinical Lead (RGN/RMN)

Location: Partington

£23 per hour

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Lead Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join our dedicated care team. Working closely with the Home Manager, you will lead and support the nursing team, ensuring the highest standards of clinical care, governance, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities for the Clinical Lead include:

* Lead and mentor the nursing team.

* Deliver high-quality, person-centred care.

* Support clinical governance, audits, safeguarding, and compliance.

* Ensure compliance with CQC standards and best practice.

* Assist with care planning, risk management, and staff development.

About You

* NMC Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN).

* Previous leadership or supervisory experience.

* Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making skills.

* Good understanding of CQC, safeguarding, DOLS, and audits.

* Passionate about delivering outstanding resident care.
