We're working with a welcoming and inclusive primary school looking for an Enhanced Learning Teachers to support pupils across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. This is a fantastic opportunity for a teacher who loves helping children overcome barriers to learning and celebrates every step forward, no matter how big or small.
This is a full-time role with the opportunity to become permanent for the right person.
What you'll be doing
You'll work closely with the school's leadership team, SENCO and classroom teachers to deliver targeted teaching and intervention for pupils who need additional support.
Your days will include:
Delivering engaging lessons and interventions for pupils across KS1 and KS2
Supporting children with a range of additional learning needs
Creating a safe, positive and nurturing learning environment
Working collaboratively with teachers, parents and external professionals
Adapting learning to help every child reach their potential
Celebrating progress and building confidence every step of the way
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching in a primary setting
A good understanding of SEND and inclusive teaching strategies
Patience, creativity and a calm, positive approach
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A genuine passion for helping every child succeed
