Your Role May Include

Supporting students with SEN and SEMH needs on a 1:1 or small-group basis
Promoting emotional wellbeing and helping students develop positive coping strategies
Delivering engaging, tailored learning and intervention activities
Building trusting relationships that encourage confidence, independence, and progress
Working collaboratively within a supportive multidisciplinary team

We're Looking For

Experience working with children or young people
SEN and/or SEMH experience is highly desirable
A resilient, patient, and positive approach
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for making a lasting difference in young people's lives
