Construction Manager

My client requires an experienced Construction Manager with an Electrical Bias for a long term role based near to Ipswich, Suffolk.
Outside IR35 + Weekly Payments + 2 year duration
My client has delivered a wide range of M&E projects over the last 15 + years working with Tier 1 clients in a number of sectors, and due to continued growth requires an experienced Construction Manager to join their business.
The position will require you to assist the Project Manager and the management of the sub contractors delivering MEP packages of work.
This is a long term contract role and would suit someone who has extensive experience covering the following:
* Reporting into the Senior Project Manager
* Forming close links with the client’s representatives and their teams at a senior level.
* Attending site meetings, liaising with clients and subcontractors
* Promote a positive health and safety culture across the project & workforce
* Managing any changes that occur throughout the project
* Can work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* A strong understanding of M&E Installations
* Good computer skills, with a knowledge of and proficiency in common office applications, such as MS word, Excel, Outlook, and general software navigation.
The project is scheduled to last 2 years and the daily shift payments are between £(Apply online only) a shift, outside of IR35.
