Are you looking to build your career in Health & Safety with a business that will genuinely invest in your development?
Search² is recruiting on behalf of a well-established specialist construction contractor delivering complex projects across London. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Health & Safety Advisor to join their team in a developmental role.
Working closely with an experienced Head of Health & Safety, you'll gain hands-on exposure to a variety of live construction projects while receiving ongoing mentoring, training and support to help you develop into a well-rounded Health & Safety professional.
What you will be doing
Supporting the delivery of Health & Safety across multiple live construction projects
Carrying out site inspections and audits
Assisting with accident and incident investigations
Supporting the review of risk assessments and safe systems of work
Building positive relationships with site teams and promoting a proactive safety culture
Working alongside an experienced Health & Safety leader, gaining practical coaching and development
Contributing to the continuous improvement of Health & Safety standards across the business What you will need
NEBOSH General Certificate (or currently working towards it)
Previous construction site experience
CSCS Card, or willingness to obtain one
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A positive attitude with a genuine desire to learn and develop
A proactive approach and willingness to spend time on site Why apply?
