An opportunity has arisen for a Credit Controller to join a busy finance team within a well-established organisation based in St Ives . This office-based role is ideal for someone who enjoys building customer relationships and ensuring accounts are managed effectively. Within this role, you will report into the Head of Finance

As the incoming Credit Controller the key responsibilities you will be tasked with include:

Chasing outstanding payments by phone and email.
Managing customer accounts and maintaining accurate records.
Allocating payments and reconciling accounts.
Resolving invoice and payment queries.
Producing aged debt reports and supporting cash collection activities.As the successful applicant, you will have previous experience in credit control, accounts receivable, or a similar finance role. You will be a confident communicator with strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage your own workload effectively. Experience using finance systems would be advantageous.
