Forever Education is supporting a unique independent Special Educational Needs (SEN) group based in London, which provides therapeutic education for children and young people with special educational and neurodiverse learning needs. They are looking for a SEN Teaching Assistant to join them from September 2026 on a long-term supply basis through to December 2027 on a full-time basis. There is a potential opportunity for a permanent position from January 2027.

PERSON DETAILS – SEN Teaching Assistant
* Minimum of 1 year of experience as a SEN Teaching Assistant or in a similar role
* Demonstrated understanding of the unique needs and challenges faced by students with special educational needs
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with students, parents, and colleagues
* Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, allowing you to adapt quickly to the ever-changing needs of your students
* implementing behaviour management strategies and supporting students with SEMH and ASC
* A passion for inclusive education and a deep commitment to ensuring that all students can succeed
* Relevant qualifications, such as a Teaching Assistant Diploma or NVQ, are highly desirable
