Job Type: Full-Time | Temporary Contract (Asap - 4 Months)
Hours: 37.5 Hours per Week (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Nursery Room Leader / Senior Nursery Practitioner to join a friendly and supportive nursery team on a 4-month temporary contract.
As a Room Leader, you will be responsible for leading the daily operations of your designated nursery room, ensuring children receive high-quality care in a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the day-to-day running of a nursery room.
* Deliver high-quality care and early years education in line with the EYFS Framework.
* Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate learning activities.
* Monitor children's development and maintain accurate observations and learning records.
* Ensure the safety, wellbeing, and safeguarding of all children at all times.
* Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Essential Requirements
* Level 3 Qualification in Childcare and Education (or equivalent).
* Valid Paediatric First Aid Certificate.
* Safeguarding Training.
* 3–5 years' experience working within nursery or childcare settings.
* Previous experience as a Room Leader or in a senior childcare role.
* Good understanding of the EYFS Framework and child development.
