The Job You’ll Do;

* Reporting to the General Manager, the Factory Manager is responsible for Production, including Warehouse and Hygiene (Dayshift & Nightshift).

* Overseeing all aspects of daily production and facilitating effective collaboration.

* Ensuring that the facility operates to Company standards in Health & Safety, food safety, sustainability and environment.

* Utilising the ERP system to ensure maximum efficiency

* Ensure production plans are delivered on time, in full, and to required quality standards

* Drive improvements in efficiency, yield and waste reduction.

* Manage recruitment and training of production, warehouse and hygiene teams.

* Closely liaise with the Supply Chain, Technical, NPD, H&S and HR departments

* Lead staff engagement and manage in line with company values

* Crisis Management

About You;

* Proven experience in a Managerial role within Food/Drink/FMCG (highly desirable)

* Relevant technical qualifications are desirable, but not essential (Degree, HND, HND etc.)

* Strong leadership and people management skills

* Ability to motivate, inspire and guide teams to achieve goals

* Experience improving processes, productivity and performance

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Knowledge of health & safety and regulatory compliance

* Comfortable working with ERP systems and production data
