Location: Bromborough
Salary: £26,108 per annum
Type: Full-Time, Permanent
HRGO Recruitment are recruiting a Warehouse Operative / FLT Driver to join a busy warehouse team in Bromborough. This role will support daily warehouse operations, including goods in, picking, packing, stock control, and dispatch.
The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse experience, an in-date FLT Counterbalance or Flex Truck licence, and confidence using warehouse systems. You will be organised, reliable, and able to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, store, pick, pack, and dispatch goods accurately
Operate FLT equipment safely and efficiently
Complete stock checks and maintain accurate inventory records
Use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to update stock movements and transactions
Support goods in, goods out, and general warehouse activities
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
Report any stock discrepancies, damages, or safety issues
Work effectively with the wider warehouse teamRequirements:
Valid FLT training, with Counterbalance as a minimum (Flexi truck experience preferred)
Previous experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Minimum 12 months' warehouse experience
Good attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately
Reliable, organised, and able to work well as part of a team
Good understanding of warehouse health and safety proceduresBenefits:
