Your Role As An Estimator Will Include:

Preparing Accurate Cost Estimates & Tender Submissions
Reviewing Drawings, Specifications & Tender Documentation
Obtaining & Evaluating Subcontractor & Supplier Quotations
Working Closely With Commercial & Operational Teams
Identifying Risks, Opportunities & Value Engineering SolutionsAs An Estimator You Will Need To Have:

Experience As An Estimator With A UK Main Contractor
Tier 2 Main Contractor Background Preferred
Experience Pricing Commercial, Residential, Education or Industrial Projects
Strong Commercial Awareness & Communication Skills
