Site Manager Required – Wellingborough – Immediate Start

We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Site Manager to join our team and oversee the final stages of an industrial unit project in Wellingborough. The role will involve managing the day-to-day site operations, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring works are completed safely, to programme, and to a high standard, while driving the project through its finishing and snagging phase to a successful handover.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Site Manager looking for an immediate start, with approximately 2–3 months remaining on the current project. There is also the potential for ongoing work on future projects for the right candidate.

Project Details:

* Location: Wellingborough

* Finishing and snagging works

Working Hours:

* Monday to Friday: 7:00am – 5:00pm

* Saturday and Sunday work available

Requirements:

* Previous experience managing industrial construction projects is essential

* Strong knowledge of finishing and snagging works

* Ability to manage subcontractors and ensure works are completed safely and to a high standard

* Excellent organisational and communication skills

* Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications
