Part 2 Architectural Assistant
Birmingham

Are you a talented Part 2 Architectural Assistant looking to join a dynamic and collaborative practice? My client is seeking a driven individual to become part of their Birmingham team, offering the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects while developing your technical and design skills across all RIBA work stages.
Key Responsibilities for this Part 2 Architectural Assistant role:
Support the design and delivery of projects from concept through to completion.
Produce high-quality design proposals, planning drawings and technical information using Revit.
Work closely with architects, consultants and clients to ensure projects are delivered efficiently.
Prepare planning application and Building Regulations drawing packages.
Assist in developing creative and practical design solutions.
Attend client meetings, design team meetings and site visits where required.
Ensure projects comply with UK Building Regulations, planning policy and industry best practice.
Contribute to project coordination across multiple RIBA stages.
Requirements for this Part 2 Architectural Assistant role:
RIBA Part 2 qualified.
Proficiency in Revit is essential.
Strong portfolio demonstrating excellent design ability and technical understanding.
Experience working within a UK architectural practice.
Good understanding of UK planning policy and Building Regulations.
Strong communication, presentation and organisational skills.
A proactive attitude with the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team.Interested?
