RG Setsquare Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Assistant Document Controller to join our client, a Tier 1 Main Contractor, on a 5-month Temporary basis in the Construction Site office at Bournemouth Hospital.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business working on this major construction project, where you'll play a key role in ensuring project documentation is managed efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities will be to Assist their Resident Document Controller to:
Manage and maintain all project documentation.
Ensure documents are correctly uploaded, distributed and archived.
Liaise with project teams, clients, and subcontractors regarding document control.
Maintain document registers and ensure compliance with company procedures.
Support the project team with administrative and document management duties.About You
The ideal candidate will ideally have:
Previous experience working as a Document Controller.
Experience within the construction industry advantageous
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Strong IT skills and experience using document management systems.
The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment
