Registered Care Home Manager

Location: Norwich, Norfolk
Salary: £65,000 per annum (DOE) + Bonus Scheme
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

An experienced and dedicated Registered Care Home Manager is required to lead a well-established elderly care service.

You will be responsible for the overall management of the home, ensuring high standards of care, regulatory compliance, team development, occupancy growth, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities for the home manager include:

* Lead and develop a high-performing care team.

* Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and industry standards.

* Deliver outstanding person-centred care.

* Manage budgets and overall home performance.

* Drive occupancy through relationship building and local networking.

* Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.

About You

* Previous experience managing a nursing and/or residential care home.

* Strong knowledge of CQC requirements.

* Proven leadership and people management skills.

* Commercial awareness with experience managing occupancy and budgets.

* Passionate about delivering exceptional resident outcomes.

* NMC registration desirable but not essential.
