Breast Care Nurse (Agency) | Guildford, Surrey
A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Breast Care Nurse to join a well-established breast screening service based in Guildford - Surrey.
The booking will initially cover paid shadow shifts 2 days per week for 3 weeks.
Followed by ad hoc to cover sickness absence and annual leave.
Monday to Friday 08:30 - 4pm
This agency role offers the opportunity to work within a highly supportive multidisciplinary team, providing specialist support and care to women throughout their breast screening and assessment pathway.
We are keen to speak with compassionate and experienced nurses with:
• NMC registration (RGN)
• Experience within breast screening, breast care, oncology or diagnostic pathways
• Strong communication and patient support skills
• Experience working within multidisciplinary teams
The role includes supporting assessment clinics, providing emotional and clinical support to patients and families, contributing to service development, and helping deliver high-quality patient-centred care across the NHS Breast Screening Programme.
