Our client, a reputable premium franchise approved car dealership located in Swindon, Wiltshire, is seeking a dedicated Vehicle Sales Administrator to join their team. This is a key role within their sales support operation, offering an excellent opportunity for experienced individuals to develop their career within one of the UK's top car brands.

40-hour working week, Monday to FridayDuties of a Sales Administrator:
Perform all sales administration tasks in accordance with company policies and procedures
Maintain high standards of accuracy and organisation within the sales administration function
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the vehicle purchasing process
Manage and update vehicle files, records, and documentation accurately
Monitor and co-ordinate the progress and delivery of retail and fleet vehicles
Ensure all vehicle documentation, compliance checks, and related procedures are completed correctly
Process vehicle orders, registrations, and invoicing efficiently
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate seamless vehicle handovers
Support the sales team with administrative duties to achieve departmental goalsRequirements of a Sales Administrator:
Proven experience working as a Vehicle Sales Administrator or in a similar sales administration role
Strong organisational and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Experience with DMS systems such as Kerridge or Keyloop (preferred)
Practical knowledge of the vehicle sales process is highly desirable
Valid UK driving licence with minimal points is advantageous but not essential
Ability to work accurately under pressure and deliver excellent customer serviceThis Sales Administrator opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented, organised individual with experience in vehicle sales administration.
