Are you an experienced Registered Nurse (Adult or Paediatric) looking to take the next step in your career?
We are looking for a passionate and ambitious Clinical Lead Nurse to join our growing Complex Care team. Whether you are already working as a Clinical Lead or are an experienced ITU, Community, Complex Care or Paediatric Nurse ready to move into leadership, we'd love to hear from you.
This is an exciting opportunity to help shape high-quality, person-centred care for clients with complex clinical needs living in their own homes.
What you'll be doing
* Providing clinical leadership across a portfolio of complex care packages.
* Completing clinical assessments and developing person-centred care plans.
* Supporting, training and assessing the competency of healthcare assistants.
* Conducting clinical supervisions, spot checks and quality assurance visits.
* Leading investigations, safeguarding concerns and incident reviews.
* Ensuring compliance with CQC standards and clinical governance.
* Working collaboratively with families, case managers, commissioners and multidisciplinary teams.
* Supporting service growth while maintaining exceptional clinical standards.
About you
You will be:
* A registered Adult Nurse (RGN) or Registered Children's Nurse (RSCN/RN Child) with a valid NMC PIN.
* Experienced in complex care, critical care (ITU), community nursing or paediatric nursing.
* Confident managing clinical interventions such as tracheostomy care, ventilation, PEG feeding and seizure management (desirable).
* Passionate about developing others and delivering outstanding patient care.
* Organised, compassionate and an excellent communicator.
* A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel is preferred.
