We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our team. The Quality Engineer will work across two sites maintaining and developing product quality improvement and working to improve manufacturing processes as well as implementing process controls and monitoring/advising on quality system performance.

As a Quality Engineer you will be required too :

* Implement process controls

* Carry out data analysis

* Improve manufacturing processes

* Participate in the development & resolution of quality issues (at customer & Tier 1 levels)

* Identify root cause using problem solving methods & techniques

* Maintain communication of internal & external rejects to stakeholders

* Monitoring and advising the performance of the Quality system

* Provide support to the Quality Manager

*Prepare reports and documentations

Requirements:

* Technical foundry knowledge is required

* Knowledge of production processes & foundry capabilities

* Able to influence change and drive improvement

* Embed improvement into process activities

* Maintain a culture of quality

* Able to handle customer complaints and generate 8D reports

*Able to connect and operate at all levels of the business
