Project Manager
Copello is recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join a leading engineering organisation delivering innovative technical projects within aerospace and defence programmes.
This is a fantastic opportunity to manage multiple engineering programmes from planning through to delivery, working closely with customers and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities

Manage projects throughout the full lifecycle.
*
Develop and maintain project plans and schedules.
*
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
*
Monitor budgets, risks and project performance.
*
Provide regular project updates to customers and internal teams.
*
Support successful project delivery against quality, cost and timescale objectives.
About You
You'll have:
*
Experience managing engineering, manufacturing or technical projects.
*
Strong planning, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
*
Experience leading cross-functional teams.
*
Knowledge of project management methodologies.
*
Experience using project planning tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira or similar.
Project management qualifications (PRINCE2, APMP or equivalent) and experience within engineering, defence, aerospace, manufacturing or technology environments would be advantageous.
