Location: Burntwood, Staffordshire
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 (DOE)

Are you an experienced Contracts Manager looking for your next challenge with a specialist contractor?
Due to continued growth and an expanding order book, we are seeking a Projects Contracts Manager to oversee the successful delivery of retaining wall installation projects across the UK.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a specialist design, supply and installation contractor with an excellent reputation and a growing portfolio of work.
The Role
You'll take responsibility for managing multiple projects from contract award through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget while maintaining excellent client relationships.
Working closely with site supervisors, engineers, subcontractors and clients, you'll oversee all aspects of project delivery and provide commercial and operational support throughout.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage multiple retaining wall projects simultaneously.
* Plan, programme and oversee project delivery.
* Coordinate site teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
* Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
* Monitor project performance and resolve issues proactively.
* Liaise with clients, engineers and design teams.
* Carry out regular site visits and progress meetings.
* Ensure compliance with health & safety and quality standards.
* Support commercial performance and project reporting.
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Contracts Manager or Project Manager within construction.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Experience managing multiple live projects.
* Good understanding of health & safety legislation.
* Ability to build strong client relationships.
* Full UK Driving Licence.
* Experience within retaining walls, groundworks, civil engineering or specialist structures would be highly desirable.
